Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy executive. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our executive’s day-to-day operations.

Project Location(s): Cairo, Egypt
Education: Bachelor degree

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
- Organize and maintain files and documents.
- Assist with personal errands.
- Conduct research on various topics as directed by the executive.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects or tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours if needed. As a Personal Assistant in our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our executive’s time is optimized and their responsibilities are efficiently managed.
