HR Business Assistance Leader

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Business Assistant to support the CEO in overseeing human resource functions and providing operational assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, as well as administrative skills to manage both business and personal tasks for the CEO. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and a keen understanding of HR processes and policies to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the HR consultancy and outsourcing division to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of senior managers and directors, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic HR guidance.
  • Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction by implementing effective quality control and performance management systems.
  • Collaborate with other executive leaders to drive organizational change and ensure seamless integration of HR services across the company.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to enhance its reputation and build new business relationships.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the HR consultancy and outsourcing division.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a consultancy or outsourcing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and industry trends.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and drive innovation in HR services.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
