Talent Acquisition Leader
As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Enjaz, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition associate to source top-notch candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, and forecasting hiring needs. You may also be required to promote our company’s brand with recruitment initiatives.
You will provide overall leadership of the Research and Resourcing function. This position is primarily candidate facing, so a pro-active, positive and solutions-based attitude, as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
- Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems and Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
- Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Keep candidates informed about their application status and provide timely feedback.
- Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitors to contribute valuable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience as a talent acquisition recruitment agencies background is preferable
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
- Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- English fluency is a must.
