Responsibilities
- Handles FIT and Group Sales, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Supervise on all new leads getting to the company CRM system.
- Identify and develop new opportunities and strategies to increase sales and revenues.
- Approach New Leads, including entities and corporates, to sell company products and packages through tele sales, email campaigns, SMS Campaign, indoor and outdoor sales meetings.
- Setup meetings with potential leads and identify their needs with proper representation of the company image and brand.
- Prepare Travel proposals, contracts and agreements for groups, FIT, corporates and MICE clients.
- Close sales deals using strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Sell ready-made and tailor made packages for Groups, FIT, and honeymoons.
- Sell optional sightseeing tours and transfers.
- Assist in training new sales agents.
- Work closely with the marketing and product department to reach our sales targets effectively.
- Travel with group trips abroad in order to handle the operation and customer service on the ground.
- Highlight our promotions products to the customers through emails and direct phone calls.
- Assist in hiring the required staff for the organization.
- Handle training for new employees.
- Implement and improve the sales strategies & workflows in order to get the most efficient results and workloads for both staff and clients.
- Motivates team members and assesses performance using KPIS and regular reporting.
- Submit a monthly report to the managing director with the performance of the team.
- Coordinate work-related tradeshows and travel, including sales calls and client events; attend annual conventions, sales missions, and industry events related to the leisure and incentive tourism market.
- Develop and implement an annual sales and promotion plan to grow group and FIT revenue and related business opportunities, achieve budgeted goals, and support business growth. Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and initiate changes as needed.
- Act as key contact for internal operation and for external clients on all group-related questions and queries together with VIP individual clientele. Work with clients to both understand their needs and achieve maximum revenue potential.
- Research market opportunities and actively participate in associations, events, and networking. Monitor and evaluate the impact of trends in the industry and city. Expand tourism expertise.
- Develop an understanding of customer history to create personalized customer experiences. Maintain relationships with key & target accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership position.
- Maximum Age is 40 years old.
- Very Good English Language Level (writing & Speaking).
- Knowledge of leisure destinations outside Egypt.
- Flexible to travel abroad to handle Group trips.
- Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Presentable appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and excellent customer focus attitude.
- Preferred to be living in New Cairo.
- Working Hours: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
