Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products, services, and customer support processes
Requirements
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing practical solutions.
- Excellent skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
