Responsibilities
- Open new markets & opportunities with current & new clients.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification.
- Develop a strategic marketing Business Plan.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments.
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management.
- Able to monitor & analyze the market trend to give the right recommendations regarding the next moves or steps.
- Sales & proposal pricing in accordance with company rules for profitability.
- Showcase the company’s capabilities & benefits.
- He/She should be performance-driven sales professional with an extensive knowledge of HR industry.
- Aware of (Social Media Strategies, Posting Strategies).
- Market Research for Competitors, online and offline, as required.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and be highly organized with excellent time management, Detailed-oriented, with attention to detail for tasks that have zero tolerance for errors, Team player attitude and Short term contract with potential for further work opportunities .
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills.
