Duty 1: Strategic Planning
Represent the operations in the Annual Strategic Review meeting Present insights and challenges from the operations department
Assign Key Performance Indicators for the operations teams and orienting them ensuring objectives mapping.
Duty 2: Strategic and tactical Management
Follow up with the operations team regarding the Key Performance Indicators (Projects’ Delivery Deadline, BOQs Release, Document Control) through continuous meetings and follow up
Make sure that the Operations Plan is being implemented Overseeing the Projects delivery processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the CEO through providing insights and challenges Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and followed within his / her area of responsibility.
Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic issues and critical situations.
Duty 3: Technical Development
Manage the technical and operations development in projects’ execution through creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
Manage the technical training needs assessment for the department.
Duty 4: Performance Management and LeadershipAssessing Performance for the senior managers within his / her department

- MEP contracting
